    But the Cat Came Back, the Very Next Day...

    Why do exiled children and courtiers keep coming back? My daughter demands I give her a position in court, I say GTFO but three months later she's back. My third son demands land or he leaves, I say "be sure to return when I die." I'm not dead and he's back six months later demanding the same thing!
