Finding Knightly Order

Around 12 century by event in age, you ruler (count and above) can find a chivalric order. They work honor title expect it will give boost martial trait, and give loyal and presitage boost to the knighted courter/vassal. You can knight family member, courter and vassals. By being the grandmaster of order it will give you boost in your presiage as well. does any one else have any idea how this system of chivalric order be found, or benefit the player, and if possble to be put in the game at all.

You could either create various categories of knightly titles grantable by people of certain ranks with whatever effect you want

Alternatively you could do it as a trait or even grant the title via event Shoul be fairly customizable

Yea Holy Orders and Mercenary companies you can't play or have characters join (although they will have characters generated to lead them), but if you mean stuff like the Order of the Garter etc., I dunno if they're possible. As Honorary titles maybe, but can you grant those to more than 1 person per title?

It would be cool to be able to found an order or mercenary group. I don't have any ideas how to make it work but for a future dlc it would be pretty awesome.

Honorary titles are only valid for one person. And they are for life (unless you confiscate titles).

I mentioned this idea in one of my first threads in the CK II forum, and i still would like to see something like this. Should be very rare and happen by event though or cost lots of prestige. If it isnt handled in the future by Paradox maybe their can be a workaround wia a "Order of XX" trait. But of course it wouldnt be in depth enough like having different ranks and giving realtionship boni between members.
