Not waiting as no one that can play one has one. And your draw is after you do the action on a Q card, so you can't draw TAC to help that.

JL: If you got XO, you might wish to send me to sickbay, then when you XO me I can go do a bit of repair work, I don't mind going to sickbay for a bit since I hold multiple repairs right now and I am the only one who has drawn any engineering (except Chief)

The Admiral has 0 cards in his hand right now... I am sure that everyone can safely say that he does not have an XO in his hand.

I can go draw an ENG card (or tac I suppose) or deploy some vipers. Opinions? I could move the civvie to echo also I suppose.

Hint if you draw an ENG card, you discard it at the start of your turn as you would only have 1 card in hand, baring a draw from a crisis.

Stupid 1 card draw....yeah back to likely viper. Tac would only be good if the crisis is that type.

Guys, forget about this skill check, with only 2 human player with cards in hand there is no way it's worthwhile to try pass this. So this will only end up with 2 player having to discard a card each at random.
 
Well I could autoresolve everyone else at 0 (given that two of them have only 0 cards and I doubt that Kiwi will play into this), it would not help speed things up as we still need to wait for King to post two civilian ship locations. So I am going to hold off until he has done that to get everything in 1 update.
