I'm fine with whatever, just let me know what you want me to play. It's my first MP experience but I have around 420 hours on Steam, so while I'm not a great player I'm not going to crash and burn an important nation. I'm happy with Austria or really anything, as long as I have room to expand a bit.
Edit: Or, having seen Ghost's latest post, I'm still grand with Sweden. In fairness to the guy it's hard to fail with Austria.

Guys, i don't care how many hours you played in SP as Austria or whatever, MP needs balance, and Austria is really the only power capable of stopping France and Poland, at least early on.
The worst that can happen is France killing Milan, France killing Holland, Poland killing Russia and taking lands in the HRE without competition and so on. I believe Austria is the most important nation to game balance, though on the same tier as France. Histaxin is a good player and the game needs an Austria that at least realizes the importance of its role.
A few examples of a weak Austria:
Vacca Foeda II, a combination of France and Switzerland was terrorizing all Europe, they imposed ridiculous demands to the loser and made everybody leave.
Vespere Jovis, this is more a case of veteran vs veteran but still, Poland made Austria release Styria early on and then nothing could stop Poland.

My brother decided to go on a download spree and went over our download limit so my internet is now 'capped' (our download speed is on like dialup speed). Just letting you guys know ahead of time, sorry about the inconvenience, I'll be able to play next week.

most Australian ISPs have a monthly download limit, mine is 200 gigabytes. Once I download over that amount my download speed greater decreases until the next month.
