Why not just go for Oman? There is no Mamluk player nor Ottoman. You can expand almost anywhere. If anyone is scared about Byz getting too powerful, put in an Oman Player... I dont really recall who actually said stuff about he Byz, but Oman would be a pretty solution imo.

Considering it's a friendly game i can't really kill India, so i need to expand somewhere else and Arabia was one of my targets.

Uhm, may I remind everyone that there isn't a Morocco Player?! So Arabia can't go all to Byzzantium without competition imo.
And even if it is a friendly game, doesn't mean you can't kill India... Since Uladh hasn't offered me any deals yet, im gonna kill him too (unless he does during the next few days)
I highly doubt that Oman is gonna be able to PU whole of Mamluk, so there's still a lot of places to go for Byz...
And crowded? I highly doubt it with only Byz, Oman, Vigaga-thing & Manchu in Greater Asian Area...

I think ethiopia would be best as you could holy war your way to the med, only problem is i think that you would be stuck with the spearmen looking fellas for the whole game

Yeah a horde of club wielding africans rampaging through imperial europe would be a nice addition to the multiplayer experience in general imho
