yah, I'd like to try that in a campaign of its own one day, but it's pretty unlikely to get a lot of people to agree to special rules when the roster is almost complete already.
I found a online game called "The Button Clicking Game" - check it out, I think you might enjoy it.
Btw., here are the edits for this campaign (and I solemnly swear to never again ever edit anything at the beginning of a campaign):
- BYZ receives greek provinces and moderately more ships and troops
- RUS will receive establish_russian_patriarchate when it fulfills the requirements
- MCH receives two MNG provinces and +1 centralization
Let me explain my reasoning:
BYZ because it's something fresh for a change than your usual Ottomans and I find it hard to deny somebody the edits I enjoyed in the last campaign.
RUS because it loses its most powerful national decision due to the Byzantine edits.
MCH to strengthen the extra-European element.
