The Russian Federal States pack has been updated with proper DH-shields and been given proper counters with custom designed Air force insignias.

And there you go, took me a whole year but I finally finished The World 2011 full pack. The full pack also includes "Super- & International Organizations". This will not be my last flag pack project though, far from it.
Whenever there is a new nation, changed flag or air-force insignia I will update the pack and eventually it'll be called The World 2012. I would really appreciate that you'll help me keep track of changes in flags and air-force insignias world wide.
Someday I will even go as far as adding all flags 1900-current day but now I need to rest. However I'll always be present at the flag request forum.
