haha.....sorry to derail here (total respect for the effort you're putting into this) but I always get a laugh when I see the FULL NAME of Rhode Island spelled out as Rhode Island and Providence Plantations...such an unnecessarily long name! We recently had a referendum to shorten the name to just Rhode Island and it lost.

Yes, that proves it even further. I'm using the right flag, the one with coat of arms isn't absolutely necessary
