Hi - Id be grateful to anyone who can tell me how to post a screenshot as a forum attachment and then make it show up in full screen-mode, rather than a thumbnail.

I can do that. But how do you get them to display across the entirety of the page. I know its possible, I just cant seem to do it!

Get the direct link to the image (right-click and "view image, show image location, copy image location" or something like that), and then put this direct link into [img] tags. That's how I do it in my AARs.
When I speak in regal, manly grey I do so as a moderator.

Doesnt work - anything with attachment in the URL comes back with an error. Thanks, but I know how to add the things. I cant get them to display actual size. Thats the only problem Im having.This is how I do it

It seems to work fine, but it's kind of a pain in the ass. I just used the uploader, took the uploaded file's url and put it in img tags, then went to "manage attachments" and removed the attachment from the post so the ugly "attached images" box wouldn't show up at the bottom. (However, it sez the forums delete attachments that are not "used" within an hour... so if this constitutes not "using" it, my image might vanish. So there might not be a way around having that box.)
But imo it's so much easier to host the files yourself on Imageshack/Photobucket/Wordpress.
Edit: Url for this one is "http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=46371&d=1327719722" so it can fetch the pic even though there's no filename referenced directly.

These shots are off a 22 inch monitor and are hosted elsewhere, never had luck posting attachments, I think the forum resizes the pictures now so you can't get actual size shots to post anymore.

I'm pretty sure this issue has been resolved, but just to clarify a little further the forum apparently now does enforce a maximum 800 pixel width to all images embedded into posts. If you happen to post a wider image, it will automatically resize the image for you which can result in some unfortunate results (fuzzy text, weird aliasing, etc). I'm learning to restrain myself to keeping all my images at 800 pixels wide or less and avoid the automatic resize. I'm quite sure this was the point for the change...as it likely lowers the demand on the servers.
