My platform is PEACE, so we can rebuild the military to counteract the future revellion.

Peace, it will be updated.

My platform is Jingoism, Free Trade, Laissez-faire, Secularism, Full Citizenship. I fully support expanding our army and navy and once our forces are at full capacity, will work to expand our great nations' influence, by diplomacy or force.

Yes, you have to watch out for those revellions. I tripped over one of them the other day. Ah, no, sorry it was a stair. Still those revellions sound dangerous.

My platform advocates for a reborn Navy for the great Chilean State. The secessionist rabble has left with what remains of the former fleet of the Third Republic — now we must have our own Navy to project our power overseas, as well as to deal with the United States in any future conflicts.

I would also like to say that peace will prevail, at least at this moment, as we rebuild our wounded army and make moves to put down this so called "rebellion" — the hypocritical communists and socialists that claim to fight for peace and yet plan to take down this government of the people, by the people, for the people.

I won't waste the Frente Nacional's time with ideological gibberish, just know that, when elected, I will continue to do what is best for all of Chile (this is an olive branch, all you liberales out there).

Would-be-backers should also know this... I can make a man very wealthy and powerful... that is all...

---Caitan Crazzio---

I vote for Victor-Felipe de Tagle y Fuente (whom I'll refer as Victor Tagle from now on)! He will fight to defend our nation with his jingoism and he will raise new armies and beat any revolt or invasion.

Ah, bribery. Typical of tyrants. A very Moony trick, reserved for the Loony pick. Say, you are quite Crazzy are ya not? I shall mine your house, with far lethal mines than those which you send people to. One could call it: Mining one's Business. Mining Crazzio's Business to be exact.

I take a step back, and the corruption of the vile dictatorship becomes even more evident. It dictates this and that, but does not care for the opinion of the people. Caitan Crazzy is but one of the many individuals representing the backside of Chile. However, their hold on power is just a gaseous one, as the people yearn to throw off this odiously bad yoke. Its odour is really quite dismal.

Caudillo Candidate

I would like to request that THe speaker remove the National Trade Union point from my manifesto, as I had established that in my previous term, as well as the bit about the chilean century, and add a new addendum:

Under my watch, a new, National Chilean Navy shall be created and expanded immensely. Also, I will balance out the armies of the National Republic by recruiting the appropriate number of troops for each so that they all number 20 brigades. In addition, I will expand our military by creating three new armies that shall have 20 brigades each: one will be assigned to Sr. Ferrari, and the other two will be assigned to Sr. Varde

I also intend to deal with the Americans occupying the Canal Zone first and foremost: their military is pitiful, and so long as we have a solid navy, we should only need to use a token force to liberate the Canal. Once that is accomplished, I will turn my eyes towards the Germanist threat.

So a new general gets precedence for receiving two armies over one who participated in our revolution. Interesting.

I will withdraw from the race, and will push my support behind a sane candidate later.

Who do you speak of, General?

I have decided that Victor-Felipe de Tagle y Fuentes is best positioned to lead our Nation in the crushing of the Socialist, Communist and Germanist rebel threat. He will also invade and recapture our hereditary Panamanian territories, along with setting his sights on Cuba to unite more Spanish-speakers under our righteous flag and to provide a watch post for the expansionist United states.

In what regards? I declare my support for yourself, General Hidalgo, for Claudillo, and I expressed a tinge of annoyance at being denied a second Army over a new General than myself. You are not that new general, obviously, you played the largest role as a General during the Revolution and deserved a second Army.

Senor Ferarri and Vardi, while certainly competent, were not there at the Revolution. Is this important to picking Generals and Armies objectively? Perhaps not, but I would like to think my service would be rewarded. As it was, I have lost ten brigades due to the formations of the Legions, with no compensation.

Oh, please. Do not be such a child just because I didn't give you control of more than one army. I make my assignments because I believe those whom I assign are fit to the task. No more, no less. I do not deny that you fought in the National Revolution and that you are a hero to the National Republic: I have never denied it. I am simply making my choice based on the logistical data I have been given. Unless, of course, you wish to be general of two armies on opposite sides of Chile. That could be most certainly arranged, if you prefer.

I was simple expressing understandable displeasure. If that makes me a child in the eyes of the Presidente, so be it. My argument ultimately boils down to the same original point, the 1st and 2nd Army of the Republic. It remains divided since the travesty of the Constitutional Crisis, and should be integrated whole again.

By the way, do not worry Presidente, my opinion of the armies in no way played a part in my voting for Senor Hidalgo.

"Caudillo Saez is merely doing the best thing for Chile, ensuring we have a capable force ready to take the battle to the Fatherlands enemies at any moment. We do not need that many troops in one area, the supply issues would be enormous!"

-Ernesto Nostrada

What we need now is numbers to fight the growing rebellion threat. At the very least, build everyone enough troops for two Legions. We certainly have the manpower, we might as well maximize our military response to this growing threat.
