(( It's kind of sad that the socialists might lose their hold now because of relative contempt between the FNT members. If they all feel safe, then they find they don't need to vote. It's because they vote that they are the majority, and now they won't be the majority because nobody voted because they feel they are in a safe position. How weird))

((It's what happened in The Presidents a lot. The Republicans in 1876 onwards, the Federals after Bridgeworthy, and the Federals after Vallejo and now after Harrison. It just seems to be the natural reaction.))

((Says in my sig. He's a Nacional, but (as I always say) never really includes partisanship in his (so-far) two attempts at becoming Chief of Staff. It also explains why I've been voting for Republicanos & similar parties in the elections. Speaking of which, we need a Nacional candidate next election. :D))
 
(Are there currently many Communistos in the Government and Military? I wish people would put their party in their sig.)

((I would actually support Gogolow (too lazy to get the accents and special characters) and his government if a coup occurred. Of course, this all depended on who was launching the coup... >_>))
 
(How poetic if that coincided with 1905. I think if the previous Coup showed anything, its that even with half the cabinet and military, nothing is guaranteed.)

((Either Gogolow or Remin will declare in retaliation of a Rivera electoral win, what would you do then? Rivera is as close to a Nacional as we have right now.))

I wonder if candidate Rivera will react to the interference of the French in Brazil/Venezuela. We need to defend our treaty with Brazil, as they possess large ammounts of raw materials that boost our economy. Without them, we could have an economic crash. We need to make sure we remain the great power of south america, or we might fall from grace like the liberal leadership.
 
It seems as if this thread has become rather off track and full of what can only be seen as spam posts. I've locked it for a while. Suggest you collectively decide how you wish to continue this AAR and then contact one of the mods, we'll re-open it at that stage
 
As I'm sure many of you are now aware, the thread was locked last night because of an abundance of spam posts from the players. If this behavior continues, the next time the thread is locked it may be for good.

With this is mind, I am forbidding OOC posts in the future. That's right - it's unfortunate, but it's got to happen. You all have been using OOC too much to discuss off-topic subjects, real world politics, and other tangents and it's threatening the thread. If you have an OOC question regarding the administration of the thread, you'll have to send it to me by PM. This should be obvious since you can no longer post OOC, but quoting or referring to the adbots is also not allowed.

Second, I also have to ban personal attacks on other characters, even in character. I'm going to work to try to keep discussion focused around the events of the AAR.


To Recap:
-No OOC posting
-No personal attacks in character
-Especially no quoting the adbots

By my watch, we have about an hour and a half to the next update. Keep voting.

I am committed to keeping Brazil and Venezuela under our influence. Brazil will be the top priority foreign policy wise if I am elected.
