((Can I get a character list, and, if possible, their ideology (Liberal, Conservative, Reactionary, Socialist..)? I would be much obliged!))

I would to thank all of my supporters. My cabinet is beginning to take shape, as are the military posts, and the ambassadorships. Shortly after the election is called, I'll announce my appointments.

((Oh, and Happy 3,000th Post, TH!!! It's been a wild ride...))

((You know...currently, Gogołów is independent. I prefer to start neutral and see where my character goes. It'll be interesting, seeing as how my last character was supposed to drift towards liberalism but instead went somewhere between moderate and extreme conservatism.))

You could name the Anarcho Liberales as Partido Radical, which DID exist and dominated politics from 19xx until 1929

((I honestly feel having 3 parties will stretch it as it is. Going more than 2 is what slowed "The Presidents" down to its current speed (IMHO), so we wouldn't want that to spread here as well. We need to get at least 1 Interactive AAR to survive... :D))

((I think a couple of things lowered the rate of people going to the Presidents. First, the lack of space for Radical politics, and two..another Interactive AAR. *Looks around suspiciously.*))

((Sad to see people thinking Cortez' was more of an asset than Carrow was, seeing as how Carrow had a larger army than Cortez and could have easily crushed his army if he had stayed with the Imperialists, due to the fact that they weren't that far from each other.))

Sorry if I offended anyone, but it's the impression I had from the update..

((Now we know why that Britain Interactive AAR died :D))

((No worries, I was just confused as to why people thought it. I would have been the first to defect it I hadn't been on my iPod...
Enough sad thoughts though, back to the game! :D))

(Despite what players may think, it is nice for me to see a few people not get punished for the Imperial issue. It was certainly not pleasant with Badajoz.)

In character:

It would appear the general consensus wants to re-introduce the milder of the Imperialists into the Republicano folds. I have no power against this, and it is unfortunate no trial will ever examine their participation in the regime, but accept this as the rule of Democracy. If these people are forgiven by the majority of us Republicanos in exile, who am I to say they do not deserve a second chance? I just recommend caution on all sides.

(An Ipod, a likely story! ;-))

By the update, the general impression I got was that Cortez's defection was the key moment in the Revolution.

As pseudo-leader of the Anarchists, I would like to show our (soon to be ex-)emperor a speech. I hope he understands.

(I just realized something ironic. My character way back when, before the hiatus, referred to Cesar in a very Napoleanesque fashion when being introduced. Any chance I can play the egotist and take credit for your military desires? ;-))

((Well if Badajoz hadn't tried to keep himself in power through a coup and thus show massive corruption within the Republic, Cesar might never had reason to become Emperor... So the credit is all yours!! :D))

hahaha my bad sorry.

;)

(( would be interested in The Presidents but dont haver time to read over 300 pages))

I had started The Presidents but it quickly turned me off as how little diversity there was in the political spectrum.

Also, as free press is now enabled, I will start publishing my own newspaper. It is liberale and published by Zepeda's company, so I can add in my personal views. Fits in character, since he is an entrepreneur (and wealthy meritocrat).

((Well, they have a link to a summary Gloa was making, but I'm not sure how far it has been updated too.
I don't want to get in trouble for recruiting though, so lets get back on track!))

I would like to know what my fate should be by those who find me guilt for crimes against the Republic, as well as what those crimes are.
