((Don't think so, I'm just a swing vote, back when there was a monarchist party I voted for them, sometimes I have voted for the military and sometimes for communists. And now the time has come for the socialists))

I welcome "the steel lord" into the deep murky waters of chilean politics. I would like to participate in this private party of yours. We have a lot to gain mutually fron this friendship

I will fill you in: the liberales ceased to exist and the republicanos have lost much of their power and influence. Chile is now under socialism as the FNT is the ruling party. It is also the largest party in congress. The communists are powerful and have a large paramilitary force: the red guard. In reaction to the sudden rise of socialism, the church and the army have begun to raise their voices against the marxist government. The senate and the nation are now in shock after a land reform bill passed -allowing the government to remove private property from individuals to give it to the state and the "people"

"Welcome to the Senate, Senor Crazzio. I can't help but notice that your surname sounds a lot like Crassus, the wealthiest man to ever grace Ancient Rome. Was this intentional? Still, I hope our similarities will let us work together."

Severiano Miramontes

Ah, my good friend Senor Crazzio! Such a good surprise to see you within the walls of the Congresso. Surely together with Senor Saez we can ensure continued prosperity for all of Chile!

- Senator Christiano Ferarri

((Hmm, just noticed, Gogołów's getting old. We're in 1891 and he's born in 1831. Time to start tinkering up a new character I guess.
Anybody know a plausible age to die at during this time?))

It seems that the time for Unity is not now, or perhaps the people do not have faith in me *very well*
I endorse Comrade Remin for the Communista Ticket

((This made me laugh :D
Honestly though 70s doesn't seem like a bad age to die at for him. The rest of us, minus Rosa, have been dieing in our 50s and 60s.))

I too welcome Sr. Crazzio. May we work closely together to create a better Chile.

((I just realised how much that name sounds like a sort of Spanification of the English word "Crazy". Am I onto something here?))

Ivir is more than likely correct.))

Edit: ((I cant believe I just used "more than likely" twice in a row like that...))

Back in my day, the Spanish ruled us!))

(( Most Zepedas don't even get to the 40s :( ))

((The last one took 10 ingame years of planning and still it failed. I am seriously scared of any plot right now ))

((No one, I decided not to give it up.

And thats because you guys didn't assure yourselves a sure fire victory. You didn't have everyone in the cabinet…hell, barely half of the cabinet, in on the coup.))

(this may work too..... but later.....))

Ahhh Sr. Ferarri! It is a pleasure to see you as well mi amigo! How goes your political career, truly it has been too long since last we've talked. I hope my financial support has spurred you onto great heights and has won you much renown in this den of vipers we call the Congreso.

Sr. Saez on the other hand... well the past is the past... the man must earn my trust however, I will not be stabbed in the back once more...
