after browsing the first 12 sites using the search words 'lower dissent'; I'd like to ask this question myself.
How may I lower the dissent which appears after I, as a democratic Nation, declared war to another one?
I know it will have a huge influence on the game, but I like war, and i dont like to invest 90% of my IC to lower the dissent everytime i started a new one.
