    stupid missions have returned

I am sad to say, that in Munich campaign is driving me crazy. The 3rd compulsory quest is to get 70% coverage. I get this (I thought that this was the final quest), and than it bombards me with all those 'connect 4 random points' throughout the map, or 'build 5 new lines', one more, another, and a subway and a tram!!!

Have you considered asking me to build all of these before getting 70%+ coverage !?

I wish that instead of saying "build two more tram lines" it would be more like "have at least 5 tram lines." That way it wouldn't penalize those of us who built many lines before the mission appeared. There's only so many places for a good tram line!

I don't have too much problem with the "build x lines" missions, in fact i find them far better than the "connect a and b" ones (especially when it requires a and b to be connected with a single line. The game doesn't do single lines. Its about networks!).

Yes! Although I hate it when I get a mission to build a new line right after I already built 10 new lines.

For those missions just build bus stops or use existing ones, create a line between them and as soon as the mission is accomplished I delete the line and bulldoze the stops.

Exactly, its pointless. At least the "build x lines" make some sort of sense.

Same here, especially if it's a big line that I've just built requiring a rather large loan...

I do agree with eugen.popp . Asking all kind of missions after asking to get 70% coverage is pointless.

For half of the missions, when I agreed them, they are already done! For instead, there's a mission where it asks to connect a important building which is in the center of munich... but it is one of the firsts building I connected to my network when the scenario started! Then you need to build 5 new lines, but the map is already full of lines! Last example : they asked me to have a least 2000$ in profit for two months... but I was already doing 20 000$ profit each month !

Of course, I can only build lines and destroy them as soon as the mission is over. But this is pointless and I have no fun to do this.

Having just completed the first Munich scenario i now understand what the OP meant. To suddenly get a whole stream of missions asking me to create two metro lines, five other lines and assorted "connect place a with b" ones after i have already established 95% coverage. :/
