There are two ways to illustrate players countries:
a) press F12 (or Shift-F12), when all the players are in the game, encode the bitmap to be found in the "Screenshots" section
b) use this handy tool, developed by MadMagnum
thanks i was looking for the second one just have to work out some problems with it now
