Chapter 1: In the Face of Giants
    Febuary 4th 1419
Wilhelm II von Diest Duke of Strassburg sat on his throne, he feared that the lenegth of bitter winter might threaten food supplies but that was the least of his worries.

A strassburger page entered the room and adressed the duke,
"Good Duke, we have recived word that our hopes of joining an allience with the French was accepted, you are aware however, that this forces us into combat with the English and our nieghbor, Burgundy."

    Wilhelm spoke to the page,

" Strassburg must gain land, or we will drop into worse poverty then we already are, Call forth the General of the Army of the Yellow Stripe"

    Meanwhile

Pierre D'Bastion, leader of the Borbonnaise army lead a and extremely sucsefull battle against the body of the Burgundian Army, though being forced out, out of the origional eleven thousand Burgundians only, 3000, reamin but the Bourbons lost only 2000 men

    Back in Strassburg

General Konrad stood with a cold hard stare at the army and began to speak,
"Men, we have recived word, that the feeble French Ducey of Boubannaise irradicated the whole of Bugundian army, Are you going to let that happen, Strassburg thirsts for blood, and like and a river of blood will form in the provence of Franch-Comte, now Men let's move out..."

Admist the cheering Wilhelm II von Diest spoke to a noble near by,
"This war will do wonders for us, even if we lose, they won't notice we cut, infustructure expenditures to one forth it's origional value."

Chapter 2: In the Wake of a Hundred Years
    Febuary 5th 1419-May 25th 1422

The war was short for the Strassburgers, as opposed to their good friends in France, The Army of the Yellow Stripe suffered
    heavy casulities

March 24th 1420 was the day Franche-Comte, this was the turning point of the war, The Army of the Yellow Stripe divided most headed north, to Holland to Flanderen now that Artois had fallen upon arrival the sige began and battle of Antwepen began and the mounting loans for the war worried the Duke

Wilhelm II von Diest sat at his throne, sending away an Forign Drill Officer, who needs him we are already winning , then a man in dark clothes apporched the Duke and spoke.
"Good Duke, I would like to give you something. He hands the DUke a large Ruby and about 500 ducats."

The Duke was speechless, the man contiued
"Hold onto this ruby for oneday, I will come to collect."

The man bowed and left. The king was rather disconcerted at this, and hid away in his room. The walls of Antwerp were strong the city held out well, to the Army it was not untill Christmas day in 1420 did, the town gave in they were starving and depressed they just wanted to spend the day in peace and Strassburg gave it to them. Well sort of, General Konrad quickly adopted a "kill them all and let god sort it out" policy in Antwerp for he did not trust the folk that fought so hard but gave in at Christmas, sort of suspicious

June 7 marked the end of the Burgundian stronghold in Bourgne, Strassburg made a simple peace deal to their beaten enemy, 200 ducats and Franche-Comte this was readily established. The Duke of Burgundy hardly showed his face on the signing, shamed by such a tiny duchey, it was just plain shameful.

After that Strassburg participated only in clearing english bandits out of her realm it was about 3 000 still considerable to the crippled Army of the Yellow Stripe

Chapter 3: Burning Bridges and Making Foes
    May 25 1422-Febuary 17 1426

The years following the end of 100 years of French War saw Strassburg having the funds to pay off it's loans to the banks of Strassburg. Duck Wilhelm II von Diest made good friends with the Margrave of Brandenburg through quick diplomatic moves though it would be in vain. March 30th 1424, Scotland attack the feeble country of Eire.
Wilhelm sat at his throne and spoke to an aide,
"What is this place the Scots wish me to strike."

    The aide replies
"Eire, is an island nation located off England, they are in very poor repute with the Scots I suggest we hit them hard and hit them fast. The Irish lack proper fortifications in the southeren provences."

The Duke picked up a glass of wine, and chuckled and spoke to the aide,
"You know we cannot strike the Irish for we do not have any ships, those drunken Scots hahaha. But you can tell them that Strassburg will participate in name only."

Lord Gottfried, looking quite ill began to speak,
"Duke I just think you should know that... Auvergne has refused to participate, I suggest we punish them"

    General Konrad rushed in,
"Duke terrible news, the people of the tiny nation of Lorraine have declared war on us, the belive they have rights to the lands of Strassburg. Shall we mobilize the Army of the Yellow Stirpe and call forth our allies."

    The Duke replied to Konrad
"We do not need our allies to defend us for we are only participating in name afaist the Irish, mobilize the army, I have a plan."

It was April the 2nd 1424
The main mody of the Lorrainian army headed straight for Strassburg not anticipating that the whole of the Yellow Stripe Army just finished quelling a rebellion in Franche-Comte. Both the Lorrainians and the Strassburg armies began laying siege, it became a race of time and energy. In Frnch-Comte a large army was raised to engage those who siged Strassburg.

Knight from the battle of Strassburg

The battle of Strassbug gurenteeded, Strassburg victory but it cam at a cost. The battle was close and costly, but the signs of victory was when the crossbow division stratigically placed fired their arrows not intentional hitting the armies general.

The loss of leadership began an unstoppable spiral of poor orders and commads utill the city of Nancy of captured on July 26th 1425. The annexation was quick and brutal, many of the nobles and Lorrainian lords began to dissapear almost magically, and the new sorce of Iron would be of great use to the Yellow Stripe Army.

On Febuary 17 1426 the Socts and the Strassburgers returned to the status quo

I find the extensive use of images (other than screenshots) a little distracting and somewhat un-necessary but otherwise a good start to your AAR.
