Could you make a start date for 1919 (or something else) after the Great War is over, so I don't accidentally break event chains before that?

I couldn't get events cheats to work on the Grand Campaign mod. So I saw that someone successfully got it to work with the AAR+NWO mods, thats how I got here, but I'm wondering if this works with 1.04. NWO is compatible with 1.04 but it doesn't look like this is. I will try and see if it works but I'm skeptical.

It´s part of some other mods (e.g. The newest version of the Grand Campaign Mod), but no longer supported as a stand alone mod.
