Am I the only one with it as above?

Thanks! However, AAR will have stick to the standard 1914 Scenarios start date to retain compatibility with DH-Full. AFAIK the 1914 Mod is working on an all new earlier scenario, so we will see how this can be integrated in DH Full.

Also, I've just taken a look at your modification:
Why did you remove the historical ministers of Brazil?
Do the naval-extensions represent individual destroyers? AFAIR the HOI2 OOB treats destroyers as flotillas, not individual ships.

Regardless of that, you might want to forward this to DH-full, not AAR, as this really is all about Events during the Interwar period, not historical accuracy before 1914. But again: thanks for the offer!

How well put togther is this mod I am really interested in how things will work out if Germany wins or Imperial Russia survives the war and wins. I am a Kaiserreich dev so if guys need some ministers and such don't be afraid to PM and I could probably get you all some things.

Hello there! I would be extremely interested in creating an alternative history link to your Kaiserreich scenario (i played it... often... too much :D), so people can play not just to get the historical outcome, but continue playing into Kaiserreich. I'll contact you via PM, or preferably via an instant messenger these days. Can you send me your contact details?

What are you doing for Kaiserreich, btw?

You can just PM thats fine. I mostly write events and come up with new ideas in KR. I am sure we could work this, we have the KR wiki that can provide alot of the background info and will help in connecting the timelines.

Well, all collaboration attempts via PM have failed miserably up until now, I see no point in trying that again.
You can find my contact details below, thanks!

Here you can send me an Email I am "panzerchristoph@aol.com".
Sorry for being unclear on this: we would need to get in touch interactively, like talk, chat, something like that :)
Just doing the same thing as PM via email... would just result in the same thing.

Edit: I updated the reparations events.

Would be good if someone tested it though. Maybe take a look at the code I added Burning?

Edit3: Fixed event ids, loading seems to be fine on my end.

Okay so far I've played only a couple years after the end of world war 1 in 1918.The mod is awesome, but I was wondering why EVERY province on the map is worth at least one victory point(including worthless islands and saharan desert).

Oh ok, hmmmm I don't how that will work I don't think I have anything that I could use to do that
You can use this web service to get onto instant messengers without installing a dedicated program:
https://imo.im/

Alternatively, here are some IM-clients for windows (users of all other OS's should know their way around anyway):
http://skype.com
http://piding.im

Imo and the clients are really simply to use, so give it a try, they are very useful.

I've taken a look, and it seems sound. Cool! I'm currently in a game in 1919, so i will report if something strange happens, and properly fix it right away. Good work!

Supposed to be fixed in the next patch, if I recall correctly.
If not, I assume we would all be heavily disheartened.

This never was in AAR. Just in the original savegame supplied. If you start a new game with the AAR secenario, it does not happen. However, this question has been posted numerous times, please don't post any more about this, to keep the level of redundancy down. :)

Only in previous AAR-CCIP nightly afaik. Not in official releases. As explained before, this is only for an experimental dynamic resource system.

@Burning:
Edit: nvm, fixed it. It was related to hyperinflation (which incidentally doesn't seem to have the proper impact it should in terms of size imo)

Also, I got economic recovery right after the great depression....wad?

@Modders:
So. If I wanted to undormant ministers for an entire set of ministers, but still have the ministers woken at their historical date written inside the minister file, would it require a yearly event that wakeministers in order to not wake ministers before their historical date? (Mostly since I have tag sharing for chinese warlords so I dormanted the latter uses of the tag).

This never was in AAR. Just in the original savegame supplied. If you start a new game with the AAR secenario, it does not happen. However, this question has been posted numerous times, please don't post any more about this, to keep the level of redundancy down. :)

Happens for myself when I select AAR History, not a save-game. I think the same goes for most other folks.

Hehe, really? Interesting! Thankfully it doesn't have side effects on the game, besides preventing quick-annexing nations (which i personally consider gamey). The next version of AAR will be released soon anyway, and will contain a LOT of new functions. Such as:

  • Elections for the USA, France and England
  • Lots of new events for Hungary, Serbia, Yugoslavia and Austria (Sargeras' artwork!)
  • A whole new, better Far East (Limith's CCIP)
  • Limitations for each nations Airforce and a better disarmament system.
  • A reworked reparations system for Germany
  • More...
