And if Greenland was so severely penalized, then there would no point in colonizing it pretty much... Even in vanilla it was probably useful only for those who needed a jump point, or those who wanted to prevent others from colonizing, which is no longer an issue in MPM.
whats the point of doing all that, just leave it as it is, a frozen wasteland. Do wasteland province count towards province totals? ie: do they slow down the game? if so delete the damn thing hahaha

I just took a peek in the latest version and had some suggestions.
1. Baleres should be added to Catalonia.
2. Aquitaine culture actually is a part of the Occitan culture, so I suggest deleting this culture or renaming Occitan culture to Provençal culture.
3. A region named "Occitania" might be added to southern France, and a decision to form "Occitania" for southern cultures of France might also be considered.
4. The capital of Scotland was located in Scone before 1420. Maybe capital of Scotland should be moved back to the province of Fife in 1399?
5. Leonese culture should be present in Leon region as well as Asturias.
6. Maybe Geats should still be present in southern Sweden?
7. Shandong Bando should be renamed to Shandong and such city like Yantai actually didn't exist at that time. "Sichuan Pendi" should be renamed to Sichuan.
8.Culture and religion in Samsun should be Greek and Orthodox.

As for southern France, if i make it all Occitain culture, then its very possible you would end up with 1 revolter state that would be as powerful as France. Id like to hear* what others think about this before i apply it.
As it is, the southern France is split between Occitain and Aquitaine, first having Auvergne as primary second Guyenne as primary country.

You can add more "unification" decisions. Like in Miscmod they have "form arabian country" the same can be done for "belgium" "greece" and so on...Are there some random events you guys would like to see?
You can add the "dynamic colonies" system that isnt bad.
You can add more "colonizable regions" in Africa (just a 2nd line regions in Ivory coast, for have more room for colonize.

When i said events, i mean literally "events". If you know of an event from your national history, that you can describe (or point me to a wiki link where i can read its description) and that has a broader potential (i need things that can happen for everyone) tell me about it / link me.
For example i just wrote an event where if youre a monarchy, and have a neighbor thats also a monarchy, both are at peace and have less than -2 aristocracy - your nobles ask you for a permission to travel to their court on a diplomatic mission. You can choose to allow them, or send your court officials instead.
Its a simple RPG-ish event that doesnt use anything culturally-specific and can thus be used for EVERYONE in the world, which makes a great random event by definition.
Another idea would be a certain kind of adviser triggering something, for example a HRE nation + theologian = problems with Pope. Thats a good idea for Catholic world event.
I mostly need good stories that make these events alive

I think at this point in history you could probably fit Provençal and Aquitaine into a Occitan culture group separate from French, with Occitania or L'occitan as the union state. There was a pretty big divide between Paris and Toulouse for a lot of medieval history.

I just wrote some pretty complex relations events. For example you can choose to send envoys to neighbor's court, who can then choose to send you gift ($) which you can actually receive via another event
Wouldnt it be easier just to have the envoy add a modifier increasing the passive relation gain from being neighbours?
I can and will eventually add checks to make sure events that dont have options only fire for those who have money, and for those events that to do have choices that spend money, AI will only do it if its yearly income is over a certain %. Right now, its theoretically possible that some 1 province minor could go into negative cash (and thus have to take a loan), but thats extremely unlikely to happen as there are more events in vanilla that can do this than mine
What's about dividing pommerania in the actual duchies that were there in 1399? Like Pommerania-Wolgast, Pommerania-Sttetin etc... With a decision to unify the duchies
Also, Rugia was the actual danish vassal, not the whole thing
