Slovenia: Europe's Last Empire Part 5​

Let's begin this update with a quick oveview of the economy. As you can see, we are making the big bucks now, and can afford to build forts and troops at a much greater rate.​

Now... let's see who looks weak among our neighbors.​

Wow, Croatia would make a good target for us right now.
Let's declare war!​

It looks as though Italy and bulgaria also joined.
With Italy being attacked by almost everyone in Europe, and Croatia being occupied by Turkey, we decide to attack the Bulgarians first, and achieve easy results.​

After we win the siege of Herzegovina, we begin to move our troops into Italy.. Russia offers us an alliance, which we accept to help us deal with Ukraine later.​

Now, we attack Italy. We assault Verona, Mantua, Ferrara, and Modena, winning them all.​

But then...​

We quickly lay siege to all of Croatia's provinces, and Gorizia in Italy.

We succeed.​

Slovenia: Europe's Last Empire Part 6​

To start off today's update, let's change our slider to Centralization.​

We also send some merchants to Columbia, having a 99%chance there.​

After 5 years of peace since our last war, we attack Bulgaria again, in hopes of annexing Croatia.​

Everybody joins, and we take out Croatia and Bulgaria quite easily.​

We white peace out with Italy soon after.

Then, we get a great idea!
Why not attack our Ottoman neighbors? So we do.​

Russia is also at war with them.

First, we win the siege of Edrine.

Then, we win the siege of Thrace, but realize that we can't cross the straight due to their ships blocking the way.
Our navy tries to help, but we have a horrible navy, and it is demolished.
We accept a worthless peace instead.​

Another move to centralized...​

Now, after a few years of peace, we decide it's time to declare war on an enemy that is more powerful than weak Turkey, and even more powerful than weak Italy.
Austria.​

Luckily for us, all the Austrians do is besiege our level 6 and level 7 forts in Carniola and Lower Styria, while we occupy many of their provinces.​

After we liberate Vienna, we decide to accept peace with them.​

We get their Hungarian provinces.

Here is a map of our empire. As you can see we are quite powerful now.​

Slovenia: Europe's Last Empire Part 7​

Let's Start things off, right off. With a little war against the Albanians.​

That was easy.​

Since that war was so easy, we decided to do something actually difficult... NOT.​

I don't know if my troops can pull this one out...​

Wow. I don't know how we managed to pull that one off.​

We get my second favorite event in the entire mod.(the other is claims on our rivals)​

To keep all the citizens from celebrating too much, we pass the judiciary act.​

Also, after seeing how much money we make off of our merchants, we make a Center of Trade in Carniola, and quickly send 6 merchants there.​

However, some news soon arrives.
Ukraine has declared war on us!​

Before we attack Ukraine back, the Austrians warn us. Not a good sign, I don't want to fight 2 wars at once(unless one is against Egypt, then it's OK.)​

The first battle of the war ends in...​

Victory!!!​

But before we can capitalize on our victory, something bad happens...​

uh oh, look at all of those enemies..

But before we attack Ukraine again, we go more Centralized, and get a revolt. Yay.​

We finish off Ukraine's army, Turkey's army, and Greece's army, causing Ukraine, Greece, and Czechnia to peace out.​

But can we beat Austria?
Who knows...​

Yeah, photobucket's like that. I'd recommend Imgur for hosting AAR images, as it doesn't have a limit as far as I've seen.

Anyway, interesting AAR although this mod has always seemed weird to me since EU3 mechanics don't really fit the modern world.
