Can't install the patch - help!

When I try to install the patch, I get a popup asking that I insert a disk. What disk? No matter what I do, the installation process cannot go any futher. Clearly I'm doing something wrong, but I can't work out what it is.

The situation you mentioned, could be a result of double clicking the zip package and running the BlackCove_Patch_1.exe from there.

To install the patch, you'll need to unzip the package first:
1. Right click on the downloaded patch file and select extract here
2. Double click the BlackCove_Patch_1.exe file

Hopefully this resolves your problem. If it doesn't, please inform us.

I do that, and when I click on the BlackCove_Patch_1.exe file it asks me if I want to run the program and I click Run. Then I get another message askingme if I want this program to make changes to my computer files, so I click Yes. Then I get a message saying "setup needs the next disk".

There is no option for "Extract Here" when I right click on the patch file.

Hang on, I tell a lie...if I click on Extract using WinZip there is an option to "Extract to Here" after all. As you were, I have just managed to insall it okay.
