1) In general, what's the best way to increase industrial score via increasing the number of craftsmen in your country?

2) When you look under the population tab, what does it mean by "No valid target" when you look to see how many people are assimilating of a certain population?

1) having luxury clothes or other high price products made in the factories they work in

2) no pop of a type they could become already present. e.g. in Chile they would want to become south andean catholic craftsmen, but if the only craftsmen POP in the province is British protestant, there would be no valid target for it.
