Best Game Options for AoD?

This is just my opinion:

1: no, but you can have more fun if you are one.
2: Full IC no, Tech team yes if your start as a minor (like spain*,brasil,rumania..) and no if you are a major.

*at least in arma, if you set tech team yes and you are spain, after the civil war you will have some tech teams twice
