In WW2 , tanks didnŽt win the war. People should remember that.
My personal favourite tank in WW2 is Hellcat(Kitty).( followed by the Tiger I and Tiger II)

Quick thought regarding the Scramble for Africa; it occurs to me that the present inability to colonise the Congo could give a slight financial disadvantage to a person playing as Belgium late in the game - my memory of the history is sketchy, but I seem to recall King Leopold became insanely rich through over the top exploitation and torture of the locals...although I wouldn't really want to put that in the game; just the fact that the land had valuable items that were traded.
Perhaps instead of adding new provinces to the area, a modifier could be added that fires if you own one of the provinces - perhaps Mayombe? - called "Control of the Congo Basin" or something that gives you a boost in trade or production to represent this?
