how do i register lead and gold steam here?

i have two games that i can register here magicka and lead and gold, i was able register magicka using the method that was written below [exclude the last char]
but that method is not working for lead and gold, any help?

If the code is too long you exclude the last char, if it is too short you add XXXX-XXXX. I take it your code is too long, and that it doesn't work?

ya the code is long, i even tried the method where they suggest to exclude the last char it worked for magicka but not lead and gold

Hmm.. L&G:s problem has mostly been that there is no code, not non-functional codes.

I suggest that you PM Paradox customer representative Kallocain and ask her for help, since your code should be working correctly.
