Regarding that immobile Corps: They are immobile. The corps consists of 2 INF Divs, no garrison. And they still got that red "immobile" sign. They have been sitting in Zhangyuan for the last 2 years now, guarding the mountains. No Chinese dared to attack them!
Since I had no idea how many divisions you get by events and since you have a sorry excuse of an industrie going, at least compared to Germany, I didnt' build any infs.
I had 2 rows of Cav and 2 rows of Mountaineers (to deal with the Communists), but somehow it takes ages to produce one (~500 days...going at full speed.) I started producing them in mid 36 and they got ready in early 38....
The picture shows whats going on. I have those 64 divs, including 1918 puppet troops and my garrison inf. 5 Tacs (those guys have 3 stars each by now) and 2 nav. I have to use those navs operating from taiwan, too. I managed to pocket and kill about 50 chinese divs by now.
I guess if I had produced some infantry divisions right off the start the whole thing would be much easier. Too bad I can't choose the china occupation policy since I don't have enough troops.

. Question though. Is there still an "Fading Sun" event for Commie China now? Will the civil war trigger if I interfere in the sino-japanese war as Soviet Union?

. I'll just use some covert ops to replace CHC leadership later
