My USA campaign has run aground in the 1920's because of communist rebels rising in every state every three to five years. I was wondering if there was any way to fix this or do I just have to live with it? Could it be that the Civil war never happened?
Also, I am playing as Two Sicilies and the redshirts had 400k and a 36% chance of rebelling, but then 6-7months later they were gone. Does the unification via redshirts only happen if the player is Sardinia-Piedmont?
I am playing with 1.4beta if that effects it.
