Profitability for artisans. I mean, for dummies. Eh, same thing.
The failings of the AI for capitalists are well documented (or, at least, the complaints about it are). But artisans seem to be just as stupid. They are supposedly programmed to change the goods they produce based on profitability. 95% of the time, it works (or they pick profitable goods in the first place and drop out of sight.) But what about those artisans who spend years earning 0 money producing artillery and cement long after the markets have collapsed? They should switch to something like paper or liquor, which seem to do well in my games.
