Planning Begins
This the Government after some reorganisation.
Hitler: Ok lets get this Evil Planning Meeting of Doom Started then
Hess: Yes Lets do that I suggest we start with Goebbels then.
Goebbels: Yes I'm having a meeting with Scientists, Officer trainers, Spy Organisers and Our Diplomat Trainers. I'm going to see if we can boost Productivity in these areas overall and then Redistribute resources accordingly. The Scientists who report to me due their being no better Minister to report to. They have been given jobs to improve our Infantry weapons, Our Light Tanks...
Hitler: I don't want Light tanks their Rubbish IF you shot a pea at one of those tanks they'll break up and be destroyed Stop that pointless research.
Goebbels: I Know that but lessons learned Here can be applied to heavier types of tanks and self propelled artillery both of which you want.
Hitler: Ok then go ahead but no light tanks.
Goebbels: We are also Improving Artillery and our Torpedoes and doing some work on land military doctrine and one team is looking at better training for a Large Aeroplane crews.
Goering: Like Strategic Bombers and Transport Planes.
Goebbels: Yes Goering You obviously know this or read the briefing I placed in front of All of you.
Hess: What when did that get here?
Goebbels: When None of you were looking obviously.
Neurath: I'll give my diplomatic Briefing then.
Hitler: Yes go ahead
Neurath: I'm Send diplomats to encourage both the Americans and the Turks to join with us in our anti Communist Crusade.
Hitler: I can Understand the Americans But why the Turks their Not a great Industrial or Military Nation.
Neurath: We can Use them to Out flank the Main Communist Defences by going through the Caucasus and take the Oil fields.
Goering: We have to get them on our side now.
Hitler: Yes your right Goering Hurry Up with that.
Neurath: I'll do my best. I'm also Considering helping the Chinese but I'll need the backing of Other Departments to get the materials they need to start fully industrialising to their Full Potential.
Hitler: Why not the Japanese?
Neurath: One the Japanese have no trade or business links with us and Two in your Anti Communist Crusade the Chinese have already tried hard to crush their group of Communists and only the Japanese Threat has stopped them from doing so once the Japanese Threat is Reduced then They'll Turn Against them Once more.
Hitler: I agree Side with China The Japanese have Been Nothing but trouble for us ever since Tsingtao. Never Liked them that much at least the Chinese did very little in WW1 the Japanese did something.
Neurath: Anyway I think I'm finished Now
Frick: Ok then I'll BE quick. I suggest sending spies to The USA, France, The UK, The USSR, Poland, Czechoslovakia and Austria.
Hitler: And what will they do?
Frick: In USA, Poland, Czechoslovakia and Austria They'll support National Socialist Parties to try and ensure an easier ride in world politics with those nations at least.
Hitler: Give ME some Details Frick.
Frick: For the USA they'll help them move towards us diplomatically if the German-American Bund win the elections in 1940. The others are too make taking their land easier as Nazis will start putting pressure on the government to do so.
Hitler: What about Canada if we sink some ship and they don't like they may join in .
Frick: I'll do that later then.
Beck: You may Be pleased to know I got rid of all of our light tanks.
Hitler: Yes no more paper thin armour tanks.
Beck: I have also reorganised the command structure to better run the war when it comes and that's it form me.
Raeder: It has recently occurred to me that we stand no chance against the Royal Navy But I have an alternative. We simply build enough U-boats to stop them getting enough fuel to run their ships.
Hitler: How many U-boats do you want?
Raeder: 42 medium range ones and 21 long range ones no coastal ones through I got rid of our current ones.
Hitler: Why 42?
Raeder: IT's the answer to life, the universe and everything.
Hitler: Ok so what's the question?
Raeder: You can't know both in the same Universe.
Fritsch: Anyway I want at least 5 armies. 3 infantry armies to take the main brunt of the fighting and 1 Armoured and motorised to move quickly and attack. The final army will be a mix of marines, Mountain troops and paratroopers when we get them. Most units will have artillery except for the Marines and Mountain who'll have engineers and the Paratroopers who'll have no back up in terms of support divisions.
Goering: I want As many interceptors and Bombers and Transports as needed. I'm Planning a massive Air campaign against Britain and I'll need every Plane I can get my hands on.
Hitler: Schacht can you do it?
Schacht: Yes I can. I'm building some Transports to move troops around and a few other almost finished ships and Building some Industry to aid in our goal as well as getting the artillery out as fast as possible.
