It is absolutely necessary to ensure that the members trust you, your leadership and enjoy their stay, otherwise you are bound to be disappointed, you need to be convincing in that it will be worth someones while to be in your clan. It will take quite a bit of responsbility. I'd suggest getting some friends together to get a decent foundation.
I think more people who interact with me should know about the Neuropsychological disorder, Asperger Syndrome; that I am diagnosed with, in order to at least to some degree understand the background to my by some people perceived as strange personality.
