It's just like "delete map cache" as one of those fixes which often works, only for flags. If they're in flagfiles I'm totally lost - they work on my copy.

But...I've found two more errors.
First, you've mangled the Habsburg Adjective, currently it's: Hapsburg [a lot of spaces] HAB_ADJ
Tend to just show up as Haps... (instead of Hapsburg Dalmatia)
Second, you have a country doc named AUS - Austria
and another named AUS - Holy Roman Empire
I think, not sure, I deleted the Austria one since that one wasn't used at all.

The flagfiles are a "cache" of all flags available, that's why you needed to delete it to have new flags working.

AUS - Austria is indeed not used and was included in error.
has the new civs from the Gods and Kings expansion been added? they put in a few new ones, like Attila's empire and Sweden.
