Qin is still on par with the rotw in tech come vicky, and will still convert with a sizeable population base. He'll live, and if he can manage to be a bit less overbearing and meddlesome in his diplomacy, attention will be drawn elsewhere. He does have Ike for a neighbour in Khmer, who did not gain the epithet 'Destroyer of Nations' for the threat he poses to others...

The Africans were 3 (now 2) nations. Their relation with Croatia was contingent on the threat of Persia, and would disappear if Persia is removed as a threat. The Alliance of Blaynean Containment consisted of over half the players in the game, who are sure to be eyeing each other suspiciously by now. Russia is already hearing murmurings of others in need of comeuppance.. :]

I think there is claims too or "considers this to be part of their nation" kind of thing in Vicky 2 too.

I'm certain cores give a CB. I'm not sure if there are economic effects. That aside, unless there's an additional war to force Qin to renounce the cores, the cores will convert.
