When Germany turns social liberal (for some reason) The Kaiser is replaced by Otto Wels, why? It isnt realistic, that if Germany would turn more social they would put the Kaiser of his throne.
Just make a more Kaiser ministers, with different ideologies, like the Dutch queen, she is there as Market Liberal, Social Conservative and as Authorian Democrat.

And I got the problem with that you cant ocupy territories, Mittelafrika moved their troops into Angola but they didnt got the control of the provinces, at the end Portugal invaded it and annexed Mittelrafrika :eek: ), Same with RoC and AoG, AoG couldnt reconquer their territories and RoC annexed it.
 
Some observations about the ACW:

1) The IC destruction events are super annoying. They give you resources that you don't need at the cost of precious, precious IC and the AI is often stupid enough to take this bad bargin. And the 'heavy fighting' is super duper annoying when what actually happened was two 1 hour battles that flipped the city ownership 3 times. When the AI factions fight each other, they leave major American cities devoid of industry by the end of the year while minor cities keep their industry and there is no postwar recovery that I can see. WWII showed us that nations that lost industry tended to regain it very quickly once they were free to do so. Either there should be a postwar recovery or the captures events should just be axed.

2) The USA has too high dissent by the time the ACW starts if it preserves democracy. High enough that it's completely unable to build units and is massively over TC. There is nothing but a stream of events that add dissent and not nearly long enough to get it down again. There should be a dissent reduction every time territory seceeds as the most rebellious parts of the country are gone or something.

3) If the USA avoids Reed's succession, it gets no troops to fight Long with besides the Texas national guard. Even if Reed is president, the CSA territories don't contribute any troops to the cause they support. In fact they are busy hindering the cause because of the revolt risk from 40+ dissent.
 
I don´t know if it´s intensional but Japan and the Fengtein republic are not allies with eachother.
That make it impossible for Japan to attack Qing or Germany from its territory.
Since Fengtein is a puppet of Japan it would make sense that Japanese forces could attack from their provinces.

played as bengal and the phalanstere (damn playing kaiserreich the whole time and dont know this name exactly) event seems to be bugged

first the i got the message that france and the uob dont give a shit about me and few months later the event ,that i will apply at the phalanstere internationale, came

Playing as Canada - When USA civil war breaks out I choose option to declare war on CSA, later dow PSA to help USA reform. But there is no event that fires for me to give back mainland USA provinces. Only event is the pan canal to be returned. Is that WAD or did something go wrong?

I totally concur. If it were up to me, the ACW would get scrapped and redone. I would have only one rebel faction (probably the Syndicalists) and they would be concentrated in the north-east (to make things challenging for a human player, but still giving the rebels a decent chance of lasting a while. I'm sorry for all the people who have put so much effort into this chain but the USA should only have a small scale civil war and should be able to avoid it altogether. If you're going to have a state that is doomed to have a civil war, it should be Russia, whose government allegedly barely controls the streets of Moscow and St. Petersburg. The USA can still be weaker than in OTL but it shouldn't be in mortal danger of extinction.
 
The Don cossack state north of Georgia (can't remember it's name right now) has endless illegal union events. Seems like there's one going off every other month or so.

And with the ACW I see a problem in that regions that are rebelling before the civil war factions appear stay black after they appear. This means that the CSU might come into existance with Chicago and New York not under their control, and their territory carved up in pieces by rebels who should be CSU sympathisers. This has drastic effects on their IC and ability to keep a rebellion going. I'd like to see any rebellious provinces in the starting territory of the newly spawned US factions put under their control when they break away or the ACW will end a lot sooner than I'd like.
 
I've got to say that Kaiserreich is very epic. My only hope is that countries like Mongolia and Finland get some more events to take advantage of the crisis that'll inevitably come. (Especially the former)

As a matter of fact I'd love to play as a vestigial underdog and reclaim my place in the world. But that's just my wet dream! xD
 
Place the Kaiserreich folder in the Mods folder in DH.

that doesn't work. I've tried just extracting the folder using winRAR and it still failed to load. It fails to load if you just drop and drag the mail folder to the mods folder in DH. it fails to load when u even drop and drag each separate folder in the game.

and i installed IC in DH mods and that plays perfectly, so do DH full and lite, but kaiserreich fails every time no matter how one tries to install it. this crap says it's 219,493 KB... is that correct?
