Hey I just ran this mod through a bit, and I'd like to say that I love it. Great detail, hilarious event pop-ups albeit the grammar and spelling could be improved a bit, but I love this mod.
I was doing a UoB game and a few quirky things happened...

First of all, I fostered a Syndicalist relationship with Norway which prompted Sweden to DoW them some time after. The Norwegians pushed all the way to Stockholm and Uppsala but with the help of the Finns, the Norwegians were expulsed and lost the war. Sweden formed Scandinavia using the new territory, however the home provinces of Sweden that Finland held became Sweden. Perhaps intentional? I couldn't make great sense of it.

Next off, when I invaded Ireland and annexed them I chose to install a Syndicalist government in Dublin. Some time after the 'Scouring of Ulster' event caused 2 Militia divisions to pop up in Londonberry and Ulster. They started to take all of Ireland save for Cork and Letterkenny because the Dutch airforce bombed them out of existence. Eventually tired of waiting I used Open Negotations to give Ireland a division of infantry, as I was unable to ally them (200 Relations + puppet) to retake the land from the partisans. I sped the game up to see if anything would happen, but years later and still no change in Ireland. As well, they have 3 divisions in Letterkenny that refuse to re-take the land from the partisans. Seems odd since the partisans controlled both VPs for years.

Anyways, just some things that perhaps need fixing.
Great mod guys, love it.

Started an AoG game last night - the premise is pretty cool even if it's fantastical and has loads of potential for flavour, but I was disappointed by the relative lack of events. I was expecting something which gave you more leeway as to pursue a German-puppet policy, an independently minded Shinra-esque German-Chinese megacorporation, or a policy of concessions to the nationalists all mixed up with the Chinese syndies, but I honestly did find the whole thing rather lacking. The megacorporation/syndie dynamic is something that is particularly underused, and I felt like I should have had options to intervene in Indochina, deal with the Legation Cities, adopt a policy towards Long Yun, hoover up the German colonies left behind and adopt different policies in the event of a German defeat against the Commune other than switching the puppet masters to Japan or Russia, and deal with the Japanese with ways other than Taiwan and Korea. I hope it's something which gets more attention in the future.

Main problem though was that I didn't realise that ending the AoG's puppet status prevented the AoG from developing further and effectively ended its event chain, as the option to become a Republic implied that the AoG would remain a puppet state. After conquering the Qing when they tried to annex me, I tried to fire the event manually which transformed the AoG into the Republic. Unfortunately, the Japanese had demanded a tiny strip of territory, including Beijing from the Qing in the closing months of my war, and later released these three provinces as "The Republic of China". This effectively ended my game as I couldn't switch to the RoC, and I couldn't unite the rest of China with my mercenary army into The Corporation.

Japan shouldn't really be releasing the legitimate, sovereign Republic of China as a puppet. National China exists for that purpose, but it seems to be confined to Nanjing for some weird reason - is that a legacy of the WWII scenario?

Personally, I think that if Japan conquers China, they should have the option of placing a member of the ruling Imperial Dynasty on the throne of a vassal "Kingdom of China", much like Germany/Imperial Russia get to do if they bulldoze certain European countries.

I have a big problem with lots of nations... like Germany, Russia, Commune, all Syndy..
At a random day, with those nations, game crashes without explanation... from 1937 onward it is very cyclic..

I have a steam version of Darkest Hour and it happens with all mod patches I've found.

I was playing as National France and invaded Socialist Italy with the help of Australasia. The Aussies took Sicily and I got the mainland. When I gave it to the Italian Federation, only my occupied provinces were given and the Australians still have Sicily.

Just acceptall-trade it from Australasia and give it to the Italian Federation. Oh and better use the province trade system instead of demanding claims, so it won't hurt you relations to Australasia.

I absolutely adore the Mega Corp idea. I'm trying to think of a good name for it though that would reflect the partnership with China. I was thinking a name scheme similar to Weyland Yutani in Alien or Mao Murdoch in Syndicate. Something that rolls off the tongue well.

In my Russia game I noticed that the ACW seemed to end early, so I had a look and the US is at peace with all 3 'rebel' American states, while the CSA is at war with both the PSA and AUS. Nothing can really happen though as the US blocks access to each other. Anyone else see this before?

I've been trying out Japan lately, and I went down the "colonialism served us well in the past" chain in deciding which direction to go. I ended up deciding on going up against Australiasia, it's been a couple of years with no event pushing me towards with either them or Holland, or do I have DoW them myself?

I might just be impatient after playing the whirlwind event storm that is Russia, it is only 38' after all lol.

Is there an event for Russia to leave Mitteleuropa after beating the Internationale? It's OP having Russia beat up Japan and the NPA. If not, how might I make one?

Yes this is correct though it really doesn't make much sense by the of ww1 he was firmly anti-bolshevik. but I guess they aren't changing Kaiserreich anymore...

Kaiserreich is alternate reality, you have to remember. If Hitler gets killed, and Goering sets up shop in Africa, who's to say that Mussolini may not have become a Communist rather than a Fascist? He was a socialist before the war.

Hi, I have a question to the Kaiserreich team. I am working on a KR-themed mini-battlescenario for the Ottoman Empire. I have used the KR data so all I have done is events and small changes to countries involved. It's just for personal fun for now. But would I be allowed to share it on this forum with the proper credits? It wouldn't really be a competition to Kaiserreich but rather a small battlescenario people could play with the Kaiserreich mod.

:)
