Is there anyway to make the U.S and Canadian AI actually help in the battle in Europe with gound units?

It's 1958 and as India I have liberated the Europe and aside from aircraft none of allies have done anything but send naval units around the coasts and spam planes randomly. They literally send bombers and fighters help a ton then just randomly go back home for 4 years.

Meanwhile they just stack infantry on their coast lines. HELP!

Has anyone ever played as Poland? I'm thinking about trying ti to see if i can unite all the Polish people under my flag :)

It's rather easy to conquer eastern Europe, especially if you begin with *conquering Lithuania. There is an event to restore the Polish-Lithuanian commonwealth.

If as Russain Empire you choose the "Deal with the Devil" option on The Second Weltkrieg decision and you deafet germany, is there an event similair to the yalta and potsdam agreemnets; as in the Syndicalists and russia redraw Europe together into two blocs,
one being Russian Empire sphere and the other syndicalist?

I tried searching for something like this but could not find it.

I do not think so, but it would be quite epic. If you don't get a wiser answer here you could try at our foum, there I can guarantee that someone knows :)

There isn't an event, but it would be really, really, nice.

Sorry, I meant if you conquer Lithuania as Poland then you can form the commonwealth. I'm actually not sure if its possible for Lithuania too...

During the polish king event chain you might be able to pick Mendog (?), Lithuanian king, and restore the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. It's kinda nice, but P-L Commonwealth has less tech teams than Poland... And you don't get those Galizian ones.

It's easy to regain the Austrian partition, even without the civil war. If you are offered Galizia at the cost of a puppet status, accept. Soon you'll be able to breat the puppet status by electing the lithuanian king. After that, if you're lucky, you can conquer socialist Ukraine (if lucky and fast enough) to regain some of the OTL polish cores. After a while after the german-CoF war Weissruthenien might leave Mittleeuropa, that's also a easy target.

Suffice to say that you are perfectly able to backstab Germany in 1939-1940 and reach Rhine and meet witrh CoF.

Not to mention that you can conquer/ally most of central europe. After defeating Germany the game becomes massively boring though.

Hey, can someone show me the framework for adding a province name change into an event? I am going through and giving provinces under German/Austrian control their historical German names (i.e. Liege=Lüttich, Ljubjana=Laibach, etc). Then if the original ethnic nation regains the province, the event for it will revert it to its proper name (i.e. Pressburg will become Bratislava with Slovakian independence, or Pozsony if Hungary breaks free and keeps Slovakia).

Emm... It doesn't exist one. The provinces simply can't change their name in middle of a game without editing the .csv files.

Waitwaitwaitwait. I am almost CERTAIN that the name of St. Petersburg changes when the Tsar returns.

It's something I've never noticed before but now that I have I'm curious; a country played by the AI has more IC than that same country played by a human. I don't know if this is in base DH/HoI2 and I haven't messed with the difficult settings; is there a reason for that?

Might depend on the difficulty that the game's set to.

Hi, is nuclear war supported in KR? If it is, will even AI try to use nukes?

As you can see, I'm in a nice spot here as Iron Guard. Manpower has been problem so I have only 72 divs but they should be top notch. Nukes should help.

Because the AI's IC is not affected by the dissent. (And also because of difficulty.)
