It's rather easy to conquer eastern Europe, especially if you begin with Lithuania. There is an event to restore the Polish-Lithuanian commonwealth.
Is it for both countries? or just Lithuania?
If as Russain Empire you choose the "Deal with the Devil" option on The Second Weltkrieg decision and you deafet germany, is there an event similair to the yalta and potsdam agreemnets; as in the Syndicalists and russia redraw Europe together into two blocs,
one being Russian Empire sphere and the other syndicalist?
I do not think so, but it would be quite epic. If you don't get a wiser answer here you could try at our foum, there I can guarantee that someone knows
Sorry, I meant if you conquer Lithuania as Poland then you can form the commonwealth. I'm actually not sure if its possible for Lithuania too...
Emm... It doesn't exist one. The provinces simply can't change their name in middle of a game without editing the .csv files.Hey, can someone show me the framework for adding a province name change into an event? I am going through and giving provinces under German/Austrian control their historical German names (i.e. Liege=Lüttich, Ljubjana=Laibach, etc). Then if the original ethnic nation regains the province, the event for it will revert it to its proper name (i.e. Pressburg will become Bratislava with Slovakian independence, or Pozsony if Hungary breaks free and keeps Slovakia).
It's something I've never noticed before but now that I have I'm curious; a country played by the AI has more IC than that same country played by a human. I don't know if this is in base DH/HoI2 and I haven't messed with the difficult settings; is there a reason for that?
That's because the country 'Russia' turns into the country 'Russian Empire'Waitwaitwaitwait. I am almost CERTAIN that the name of St. Petersburg changes when the Tsar returns.

Because the AI's IC is not affected by the dissent. (And also because of difficulty.)
