Oh, and yes, this is some sort of general permission to use the flags in any other mod. But PLEASE send me a link or at least a message that you use it - so that I know where and how often my flags are used.

it would be very nice, if you convert ALL flags into your "older facing style". actually, i dislike the mix of your flavored flags and the "crying" colors of vanilla flags...
any plans to do that?

Just wanted to say that these flags are AMAZING! But they are amazing to the point where the contrast between them and the eye-blinding primary colours of default EU3 flags is jarring.

I understand that cranking out a full set might be too time-consuming (or boring). In lieu of that, would you be willing to release your .PSDs so that users could homebrew-convert the default set on their own?

I'm still working on this and a remake of all flags is planned, yes.

It is time consuming - but not as much as Victoria II with about 1000 flags.....

And yes, a release of the filter is planned as well.

I think they are a most welcome update, I just have a couple of questions that may be faults of mine rather than yours...

I've found a few countries have blazing white for flags like their detail is missing such as Novgorod and Portugal. Is there something I'm doing wrong or are the files missing or do I need to download more of your work and lump them all together? I'm laughably bad at any "modding" no matter how light.

delete the flagfiles.txt and flagfiles.dds in the gfx/flags-folder. the game creates new ones on start and all will be ok.

Hahaha that was kind but probably unnecessary as my ignorance is fairly localised to where I live where the gene-pool is slightly shallow. Thank you all the same though.

This is great, except for when I'm fighting someone with non-edited flags and can see the glaring difference. But that's not your fault! Awesome mod.

A new release! I added the next 23 coat of arms and updated 16 making a total of 172 coat of arms. Europe is now nearly done!
