Germany's Head of Government Question

I am curious as to why Germany's Head of Government is Hitler and not Hess as was traditionally done in HOI2. Was this done for a particular reason?

To change this back to its original configuration do I only have to adjust the minister reference in the scenarios/WIF folder for Germany and uncomment out the Borman replacement command in the Last Flight of Rudolph Hess event?

Yes you only have to do that.
I have changed it because I thought it was more logical.

When Hitler was appointed Chancelor by Hindenburg, he became HoG.
When Hindenburg died, Hitler gained the status of HoS on top of HoG, so he is both a once.

In fact he designed Döenitz as HoS and Goebbels as HoG in his last will, implicitly asserting that he was holding both positions at a time.
