EU3 localisation text fixes

A little fixpack for the in-game text. Just extract into the game's localisation folder; this will not overwrite any files or change the game's checksum so it shouldn't affect MP or achievements. Several of these bugs cause things to have no text in-game. Split into separate packages for 5.0 and the latest 5.1 beta.

Any mods are free to include these fixes.

Looks like localization description text didn't get updated in the beta patch when the building effects were changed. Spy Agency is also wrong (lacking stab bonus).

In the game text yes; not in the key though. The unit filename and the activation in the tech file have only one 'r' and the localization key must match.

at newest beta: there is no localisation for one of the two new sardinia-piedmont-decissions. if you want, you can use the lines i made for my german translation mod, the english text should work, too.
i added it to v51.csv:

Updated for new beta:
Split into separate packs for 5.0 and 5.1 since one of the 5.1 fixes would be wrong for 5.0.
Beta includes fixed Hofgericht text but infamy is shown green (as mine was before fixing it) and no translations for the word 'infamy'. I have fixed those. (5.0 and 5.1)
Fixed spelling of guerrilla in the in-game text for mexican_guerilla_warfare unit name and desc. (5.0 and 5.1)
Added mate0815's text for new S-P decision. (5.1 only)

While some of these are fixed in the newer betas the fixpack is still usable. A few of the texts will be slightly different from Paradox's new versions but nothing significant.

No renaming needed; just extract to the localisation folder. The files are named as they are so that the specific lines included will override the same lines in the vanilla files without having to replace the whole file.

Most of these are now fixed in the current beta. Still usable for the couple that aren't fixed yet; really only need 0_fixpack_httt.csv and 0_fixpack_text.csv files now.
