    English Subtitles only?

    Im playing in ENGLISH but the game is is speaking in another language. Im getting English Subtitles however. Yes i checked and triple checked to be sure its in English. Is this a bug or known bug at this time?

    what the character are saying isn't in english.
    It's easier to make a fake language and put subtitle than to make real voice for each language.
    Think of it like the Sims way to talk.
