Hostman is updating it and correcting some things for htt 4.0 then i don't know if he will update to 4.1b after that. I'm not sure what the original guy is doing about it.

Well, I would help, but I just tried to make a mod for myself, and I couldn't even get it to show up on the start-up screen....so I'll only be slowing you down I'm afraid.
Well this mod does need more work, if you gonna make it past 1800+ cuz missing alot of units and events. Sorry i dont have time to help, was looking for something to take a break from modding HoI-II:Iron Cross.
Oh wait, I can actually help. I learned how to do some stuff so if you need help, just let me know.
