Shouldn't be too long before you crush China. After that, you can liberate the Pacific and Siberia.

Now America is pissing themselves. 12 carriers sunk and China and Russia being defeated. If I was an american, I would be pressuring my government for a peace proposal.
Japan wont grand America peace! However once Japan invades the USA I highly doubt the EF would just sit idly by!
(We of course want the last war to be interesting, only the EF joining the USA can provide that)

Great developments everywhere! It will be very interesting to see what will Japanese plans for post-PRC China look like. Manchurian allies being awarded with the mandate of Chinese national unificators, creation of several interesting client states, establishment of new protectorates?

@Asalto: Well, I am personally more into the 2nd option, making new client states by carving China up somewhat. I want to ensure Japanese dominance over the Chinese, what better way than divide and rule!
@everyone else: thanks for the comments!
To try and save their Chinese allies, the Russians are renewing the pressure on the Korean forces holding the northern limit line. In Eastern Mongolia, Korean units come under heavy attack from massive enemy forces, and have to withdraw from combat to preserve their forces.
In southeast Asia meanwhile, Japan's Thai allies have completely overran all of Myanmar. The country's government, not willing to flee the country for exile or continue fighting against Pro-Japanese forces, soon surrenders. Myanmar now comes under Thai Army occupation, while northern regions of the country are cleansed of straggling SCO units.
In India, the Indian army makes its final stand. in complete tatters, the last of Indias forces hold up in the major city of Madras, hoping for relief from Coalition forces. India does not have much military capability left, as its forces were overrun throughout the country. India's collapse happened so fast, that their military was unable to organize for any kind of nuclear retaliation, since India's nuclear armed units and nuclear weapons stockpiles were destroyed by rapidly advancing Japanese units. Now, Japan moves to deal the killing blow, attacking Madras to finish the fight here once and for all.
In the South China seas, the huge Chinese fleet that fled from Burma arrives off the coast of Hainan Fortress. Unfortunately for them, the Japanese navy has arrived on scene to blockade the island. Japanese ships pound the Chinese fleet, destroying nearly all of these vessels in a series of bloody battles.
In the Philippines, Japan suffers a major defeat. Japanese troops in Davao are overrun by Coalition forces, consisting of Mexico's elite Presidential Guards Division. The Mexican army fights with great skill, and manages to destroy all of the Japanese brigades stationed here. Japanese troops mostly fight to the death, leaving the Mexicans to take very few prisoner.
June 22nd, 2016. After heavy fighting, Madras falls to Japanese troops. India's government, with no other alternative, signs unconditional surrender. The Republic of India is now relegated to the ash bin of history. In its place, the Japanese allied Democratic Republic of India now gains sovereignty over the rest of the country, excluding some border regions taken by Iranian troops, regions that Iran promises to relinquish to DRI rule once the war is over.
By now, Japan's position in Asia is stronger than it ever has been, and is growing ever stronger with every new gain by Japanese forces. Huge swaths of the continent are now under the control of either Japan itself, or Japan's allies. Japanese leaders are hugely optimistic, as total Japanese victory now looks almost impossible to stop.
The enemy still has alot of fight left in it however. Russian forces are continuing to battle it out with Korean troops in Manchuria, and invade northern regions of the country with overwhelming force.
Meanwhile, Japanese forces, fresh from their victory over India, take up position along the border and enter Tibet. Japanese soldiers march on Lhasa, encountering only scattered resistance from battered Chinese forces. Lhasa soon falls to Japanese soldiers, resulting in Japanese flags flying from the peaks of the Himalayan mountains.
At sea, the Americans sortie their last aircraft carriers into a massive, desperate battle against the Japanese navy. The Americans are fighting with a fury and determination unlike anything seen before, with President Gingrich apparently ordering his ships to attack Japanese vessels irregardless of the casualties.
This battle becomes probably the bloodiest of the entire Pacific Naval war to date. Both sides take very heavy losses, before the Americans finally realize that the battle is lost and withdraw their ships from combat. In the end, Japan loses almost half of the ships of the 1st Carrier Task Force in this engagement. Lots of destroyers and frigates are sunk, and most tragically, Japan loses the twin veteran aircraft carriers Kaga and Akagi. However, the Americans have paid a high price for this partial victory. The US navy loses 3 cruisers, 4 SSGN's, and most importantly its last remaining aircraft carriers, the USS Harry S Truman, and the Big E, USS Enterprise. Despite the losses, Japan has just gained naval dominance of the pacific ocean with this victory.
In Manchuria, Korean forces drive the Russian army back over the border in a furious battle over Hailar. Even the most powerful Russian formations are no match for the skill and tenacity of the Korean Army.
In the Middle East, ECON gains a very major victory over the coalition. The fortress cities of Dubai and Doha fall to Saudi led ECON forces. As Dubai's massive Burj Khalifa skyscraper burns to the ground, the UAE's government surrenders. Qatar surrenders soon afterwards. The last remnants of Coalition presence in the Middle East are now extinguished.
Back in China, the PRC is on its knees. Japanese troops have taken Lhasa in Tibet, the Chinese nuclear weapons facility in northern China, and have reached the gates of Chongqing yet again. As China's forces struggle to repel further attacks, Japanese generals are preparing to deal the killing blow to the Communist Chinese state. Once China falls, Russia will crumble soon afterwards, and Japan's place as the dominant heart of Asia will be secured!

Unite the Arabs into one supper Arab State since they are now under radical islam control
If the Arabs united but lost interest in the Japanese "alliance", they would make quite the endgame boss.
Let's see, how to divide up China....
1. Tibet (under Indian "influence")
2. Uyghurstan (To be expanded into Turkestan once all of Central Asia is under the Japanese)
3. Manmongkuo (Union of Manchukuo and Greater Mongolia)
4. Nanyang (Eastern China north of Guangdong and south of Shandong)
5. Guangzhou (Guangdong + Guangxi)
6. Greater Sichuan (Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou, Chongqing)
7. Hui (Gansu, Ningxia, Qinghai, Shaanxi)
8. Central China (leftovers)
Suggestions you might use.
The ECON presence in Pakistan and Western India is unacceptable. Japan must invade ECON to ensure that the subcontinent is unified under Japanese rule.(and also declare war on the EF and all neutral nations just for fun)
