I don't have either operating systems, but I would assume it works. At least we don't have any tech support request threads here.
From Two Thrones forum I know that it works in Vista and Win7 these two games are almost the same (main differences are the map and factions).

Quick update: These days I have Win7 x64 and CotN works without any problems.
