A little background information:
The '33 scenario is kind of a joke, I declared war on the Germans a month after they conquered Poland and was never pushed back (usually they can at least
hold me down if I DoW early).
I conquered all of the Axis by 1941, the Belgians/Dutch/Danes never joined the allies since Germany refused to DoW them. The war with Japan lasted until 1946 (were annexed by the British), I helped the Allies with non-stop bombing from Korea (I conquered Manchukuo and Korea after I was done in Europe). The Nats actually managed to push the Japanese back to Manchukuo, but never progressed farther than that.
So, I got bored, started building only IC for a few years to compete with the U.S.. I got sort of bored, so in late 1948, seeing as the Nats only had a few divisions on their border, I thought I'd conquer the Chinese and release Mao Zedong back to his "rightful" place. Needless to say, I was in utter disdain, they must have been hiding their army elsewhere.
This is by far the most fun I've ever had, the engagements are massive. Ever battle seems to involve at least 24-36 troops, I initially only had 60 divisons engaged but ended up now having about 200 (
a la the similar what happened to U.S. in Korea).
Unfortunately, it looks like Kai-shek is about to get encircled (thank god for Modern Marines allowing me to screw with the A.I.). Does anything happen to a nation if their leader gets killed in battle (I doubt it, just never had it happen before).
(most of the Chinese army is held up a bit north-west of here, I just managed a breakthrough and am quickly exploiting this fact)
