The UK ai also managed to invade Italy , probably the first time i have seen that. Also Germany launched 2 paratrooper raids on England (me) since i had no troops in that province, i think it was wales. Germany also took iceland from me since i didnt have any guys there. But in the previous screen shot that is the USA landing in 5 different spots in Europe, although its hard to spot the one in northern France (Dday), and the Yugo-Greece invasion area.

The answer is very simple.
DH Allied AI works just like WIF does. The difference is, Axis players and AI will try and succeed to sink Allied invasion fleets. The reason is, apart from dirty workarounds which we use but aren't completely satisfying, the AI does not know how to properly escort its transports ships, whereas it needs a certain number of TPs to setup an invasion.
I solved this in WIF by giving the AI free TPs and here you can see the results. But we refused to give any free units in DH vanilla, which explains why the AI has more difficulty to prepare invasions there.

There is no mistake. Kalymnos (beach) - Denizli - Konya and you get a free tank division kill. Also, you have a lot of IC, but it is 1945 with a successful Germany.

Nothing fundamentally wrong with that; they'd have access through Germany and presumably Finland and Bulgaria. It's not like I haven't used Axis Romanians to fight in Africa. Though, to be fair, I was playing Romania, not Germany.

The misstake is that you lured the AI into taking the path of least resistance han hence made it leave its supply route open
