It's the same as PC4WAR, I think. At least both are called De Verdun a Stalingrad, and both start with same words.

1914 is a part of Darkest Hour (the game spans from 1914-1964), while Kaiserreich is being developed by some of the team members, and will (hopefully) be released around the time the game will be released.
