Is it possible to get a short tutorial mission for this in the game? I don't know if the lights that you can use in-game are really necessary, or what the difference between 'piloting' and 'underway' is for example.

Also unclear if you will run into right of way situations where one ship will have to give way etc.

And that's after looking up the regulations for this on wikipedia. This could all be a bit more newbie friendly for those of us who don't pilot boats for a living.
