Unemployment
We are deeply against unemployment and feel unemployment should be made a criminal offence. Only then can we prevent the commies from hijacking the humble classes.

Foreign and Empire relations
Australia is too hot and Canada too cold for people being able to take rational decisions. Luckily for them we are perfectly capable taking decisions for them. Africans and Indians should be happy we do all that difficult thinking and making decisions for them and shouldn't have the gall to even contemplate independence.
When dealing with the lesser nations, all those wishing to follow our British example should be encouraged, the rest given the cold shoulder.

Defence
As stated before, we should expand the army in order to protect the navy and expand the navy to protect the army. Only that way can we wage war with the French, Germans, Japanese and those blasted Albanians in order to keep war from spreading.

The Economy
What has the economy ever done for us? No, really... Why should we care about it if it doesn't care about us?
Nevertheless, we could always use more tea, bowler hats, umbrella's and the like.

Taxation
We should plan a special tax exemption for that cornerstone of British society: Colonels!

For the rest, tax the paupers and be lenient on the Lords. That is the proper British thing to do.

Position on the Italian invasion of Ethiopia
Attacking a weak African state is a nice British thing to do, but the Italians should know that only we have that prerogative!

Newfoundland
Newfoundland, sounds exotic. Can someone point it out on a map? If its already British we shouldn't bother, if its not British it should be so.

The Economy - Our economy is fine as it is. No changes needed.

Taxation - Again, this is fine as it is.

Position on the Italian invasion of Ethiopia - Those Italian fools are encroaching upon territory that should rightfully be our's! As if it wasn't already enough that their little peninsula isn't yet under British control, now that bastard Mussolini has the nerve to invade Ethiopia?! We must force them to retreat so that we may invade and claim it for ourselves!

Newfoundland - Keep it under direct control of the empire. Although preferably we would have all of Canada under direct control aswell.

As far as we are concerned, Newfoundland is British. We shall aim to integrate Canada as well, so that they are equal with the rest of us.

The British Alliance of Democracy bases it's plans for government around the principles of both individual liberty and collective welfare for the British nation. All points will serve to bring prosperity and peace to our children, and our childrens children. For a glorious Britain tomorrow!

1. Increase industrial output by 20% by the end of 1936, another 20% in 1937. (In-game effect: self-explainatory)

2. Begin a large re-armament program.

2.1. The Royal Navy must have an extra of 3 battleships, 3 fleet carriers, 10 light cruisers and 10 destroyer flotillas by 1939. The British Navy must be a force that can single-handedly curb German, Italian and Japanese expansion in the world's oceans. (IG effect: self-explainatory)
2.2 The British Army must begin a large-scale recruitment, aiming to have over a million people employed in the British Army one way ro the other by 1939. (IG effect: 50 divisions of either inf, mot inf, or (L) arm by 1939)
2.3 The Royal Air Force must increase its amount of fighters 100% by 1939, all new and up to date models ready to compete with the most modern designs of our possible enemies. (IG effect: self-explainatory)​

3. Reorganization of the whole system of Armed Forces in Great Britain and its allied Commonwealth states into a new Commonwealth Army Command (CAC).

3.1. The CAC will have control over all the armies, navies and air forces in the British Commonwealth, and will use these resources to preserve the territorial integrity and soverignity of all Commonwealth nations.
3.2. The CAC is led by a system of representatives from the other larger Commonwealth armies. The current ratio would be 6 british, 3 australian and 1 new zealander representative, which would be subject to change after changes in each nations army composition.

4. Retracting the Balfour declaration of 1926, which gave unprecedented freedom to the British domains overseas such as Canada and Australia. 4.1. Reinstating british legislative authority over the dominions in an effort to centralize and smoothen the administrative process.
4.2. Allow dominion "ambassadors" inside the british parliament to ensure that dominion interests are not skimmed over.
