This is my Aachener Republic focused on trading.
Picture is taken just after the third war of reconquest by the burgundians against me. This time i could actually take a few cores from them after a loooooong war. Burgundy is huge and have been the emperor for ages now :P and they have a ridiculiously big army.
They actually owned whole of milan before this war aswell,and had cores on them as they have inherited both milan and bavaria,they have cores on aragon aswell.
Its been an interesting game so far,i have mainly focused on maxing buildings in every province i have and trading. My income is the greatest as i have double the amount of the second place which is burgundy. Its just recently that my armies are even coming close to be able to hold burgundy back cause of the high lvl army buildings and the fact that i recently got an alliance with castille cause i payed them off. Im slowly gaining lands and im slowly removing them from the empire.My fleet is the biggest in the world i got around 270 ships allmost all of them are big ships except 30 wich are transports. Second largest fleet is castille with around 70 ships :P.
Both france and england broke apart early allowing burgundy to do what it wanted to. Russia has been broken forever and the rest of europe is just being bullied by burgundy or bohemia. Ottomans were bigger earlier but are falling apart. Scandinavia formed from denmark pretty early as they inherited both norway and sweden and then they broke all the russian countries,but then they fell apart too :P.
My goal is to work on getting my borders prettier while fully developing all my provinces and to maintain my trading dominance
Every option is on default except lucky nations which is on random. Im probably going to play on low agressiveness on my next game as the AI has totally messed with the map.
*Update Burgundy tempted my ancestral hungarian temperament for too long and I just now broke them i 3 pieces. Took my core, forced to give up some of their claims to my provinces and i made them release france and aragon. I like the blue blob better than the burgundy one :P.

On topic, how did you manage to take out the dutch with Aachen?
Yeah the map kind of hurts my eyes,theres alot of random conquests going on. Not that hard to take out the dutch when they were in splinters aswell. Im just biding my time,striking when it hurts!
Interesing fact is that early game i could have formed netherlands if i moved my capital to a dutch province as in my early days of expansion i had more dutch provinces than my own culture :P.

here's my hindustan empire- I'm trying to push into europe, but the ottomans and their various allies are giving me a hard time of it... I currently have an alliance+royal marriage with ming, lead a personal union with the emperor of japan, and just now exceeded ming in military might.
Yeah the Ottomans/Persia were a bane in my Hindustan game. I did eventually destroy the Persians and incorporate them. But it really hurts when they reach land tech 18 before you do and totally wreck your face.

In my hindustan game I rushed the Persians, taking them out the second they revolted (I was actually still Rajputana at that point) removing that threat. The Jalayrids are really stupid, and keep DoWing me every five years even though they have no allies. That's helping me a lot, because now I have a border with the Ottomans who are almost 25 techs ahead of me. I ignored most of my Bengali cores, and only recently unified India.

Nah im trying to keep my country in one place,i dont wanna spread out to much. Only provinces outside my land borders is jaffna on the ceylon island as i wanted the east indian trade route. I split this save in two pretty early and on the other save i have colonized major parts of north and south america relying heavily on spies to keep other nations from colonizing.
How can Ming have expanded so much into hordes? You have time to send away 2 colonists before the bureaucrat faction takes over for like.. 100 years...
I did mine with Bihar, but Rajputistan and Vijayangar are also good choices.
I tend to perfer to get Govt. 11 before I start focusing land tech. I find 3 National Ideas outclass 5 or 6 land tech levels that your neighbors will be helping you make up aways. But the difference between 17 and 18 is rather large and it hit me the hard way during my game. Both persia and ottomans were formidible by themselves, let alone togeather(which they were).
Anyways, latest game, Denmark->Scandinavia. Was able to inhereit both Sweden and Norway. Early expansion I think is the key to make sure you can make yourself more powerful(if only slightly) then Sweden. To that end I picked on the TO and then The Hansa at the first opprotunities. The Hansa is probably the most important, Lubeck is really a god send. Ended up Dismantling the HRE and dominating N. Germany. Everyones Protestant except for Super Baden, Castile, and Super Transylvania, thanks in no small part to myself.

edit: re hindustan, delhi its actually a pretty good choice. Cores on 2 of the provinces you need (bihars), 3 more are owned by hindiu countries, leaving only kashmirs 2 provinces for you to take. You might be lucky and get an alliance CB on them to. Of course, you then end up with a sunni Hindustan, which doesn't make much sense.

My current game as the Teutonic Order. I've been focusing on slow expansion coupled with assimilation of the newly conquered provinces as well as roleplaying a narrowminded catholic theocracy. I've force-converted the Russian nations as well as the major protestant countries, and now the protestant, reformed and orthodox faiths have almost completely been replaced by catholicism.
