In the same way I would never pick one musician/band or one painter to be my absolute favorite for life, it is more about appreciating the beautiful game.
From the internal team I spent most time with Crusader Kings. From external teams I've spent a lot of time with Mount & Blade Warband, Majesty 2 and Lead & Gold.
I dont know how many CEOs get a chance to post in their own forums; good for you. Also, what gave you the idea to start Paradox Interactive.
I didn't start Paradox, but had a chance to continue the work where the previous owner (Paradox Entertainment) didn't see any potential.
